The company ROMIO started in 1988 from a small workshop producing country sausage. The pure raw materials, the excellent quality and the traditional taste, in a short period of time, made the product known and loved by a wide audience. Given the demand, the laboratory has evolved into a modernized meat and smoked meat production facility that applies strict sanitary conditions according to the ELOT food safety management system. Our principles are the preservation of traditional flavors and the search for new ones, always using fine meat, Mediterranean herbs and selected spices, aiming at the complete satisfaction of the modern consumer.
